Evening Events
The City of Regina wants to show you first hand what it has to offer. The National Infrastructure Summit is pleased to present our evening events, which are included with conference fees.
Wednesday, January 26
All delegates are invited to take part in a blissful evening of food and entertainment at the Casino Regina Show Lounge.
The evening will consist of:
6 p.m. Cocktails
7 p.m. Dinner
8 p.m. Entertainment by the Regina Symphony Orchestra
Night Out in Regina: Thursday, January 27 @ 7 p.m.
Delegates will have the opportunity to select from one of five (5) pre-selected restaurants showcasing their finest menu options in downtown Regina.
There will be a limited number of seats available for each restaurant so selections will be based on a first-registered basis. You will be contacted after registration for your restaurant preference.
The following restaurants have been selected for your dining pleasure. Please view the attached menu for each restaurant to see what they have to offer. We understand with such great options it may be difficult to decide where to dine, which is why we have designated each restaurant with a summit theme. Feel free to select based on the menu options provided or by the summit theme.
Delegate meal and one alcoholic beverage will be included with summit registration. Please indicate at the time of your selection if you will have someone accompany you. Guest meals will not be included with the summit fees.
Summit Theme: Financing Opportunities
La Bodega is Regina’s first Tapas bar specializing in international fine dining with an emphasis on the Latin quarter. La Bodega is one of Saskatchewan’s true jewels and a tribute to culture, cuisine, and art.
La Bodega is home to Regina’s best patio. It is the only 3 level patio in the city with brick stone and cedar. La Bodega offers the best of Regina. We have private dining rooms, a catering facility, weddings, movie sets, and private functions.

Summit Theme: Program Models / Governance
Originally built as a private home in 1913 for Jacob P. Brown, this historic building has catered to Regina residents as a restaurant since 1979, almost 30 years ago.
The Fireside Bistro which opens 7 days a week at 11:00am including Saturday and Sunday Brunch, features a beautiful fireside patio, a casual lounge, and private & semi-private meeting and dining rooms.
For thirty years, 2305 Smith Street was known as the House of David, and Exclusive Boarding house for young gentlemen. The McKenzie and Jones Construction Company built the Arts and Crafts-style house around 1912 for Jacob P. Brown, Chief Clerk with the Board of Highway Commissioners.
The Fireside Bistro is locally owned and operated by Scott Aspelieter and his wife who also own Zoe's Boutique located on the main floor of the Old City Hall Building on Scarth Street and 11th Avenue across from the Cornwall Center.
Summit Theme: Innovation
Crave Kitchen + Wine Bar launched in June 2006 in the historic Assiniboia Club building. After three years of operation, Crave’s philosophy remains the same - to evolve into a business that establishes a relationship with downtown Regina, other local businesses, residents as well as visitors to our province.
Whether looking for a downtown lunch & business component or seeking an upscale at night venue with amazing food & drink, crave kitchen + wine bar is able to deliver a unique, accessible atmosphere & restaurant experience.
Summit Theme: Citizen Engagement
The Rooftop Bar & Grill is a premium-casual dining restaurant located in the heart of downtown Regina. The Rooftop serves American-style dishes prepared daily with only the finest ingredients. They specialize in their steaks, especially the prime rib which is quickly becoming their signature dish.
The Rooftop Bar & Grill is the perfect location to sit around the fireplace while enjoying one of their over sixty bottles of wines that they carry in house.
Summit Theme: Defining the Need
Opening on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th, 2008 and although only a few years in the making, our restaurant has been noted for what we call ‘Beer Cuisine’. We look towards beer and the wide range of flavours and styles from North America and the World as our inspiration. We take those hand-crafted small batch wonders and incorporate them with fresh, in-season and when ever possible local ingredients in our menus. Our team gives each dish the same loving attention that each brew-master gives their beer. Guest memories are also crafted in this manner; the result is unique and special.
Our desire to bring an extraordinary casual dining experience to Regina is helping to set new standards of excellence for restaurants in our community.
